If something is not the right fit, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. We want every Pettato order to feel like a good decision for you and your pet.
What can be returned
Unused, unopened items in their original condition are generally eligible. For hygiene and safety, opened food, treats, supplements, personal-care products, and final-sale items may not be eligible unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Keep your order number and the email used at checkout handy.
- Photograph any damage before disposing of packaging.
- Contact our care team before sending a product back.
Starting a return
Visit the Help Center or contact us with your order number and a short note about the item. We will confirm eligibility and share the next steps, including a return label where applicable.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need several business days to post the refund.
