Your current storefront is set to United Kingdom. Standard delivery generally arrives in 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery timing can vary by destination, order volume, and carrier conditions.

Standard delivery is £4.99 for eligible orders in your selected market. Orders over £40 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

• A delivery estimate is shown again at checkout before you place an order.
• Express choices may be available based on your postal address.
• Taxes and duties are calculated according to your selected market.

When your order leaves our fulfilment partner, we send a dispatch email with tracking details. Updates can take up to one business day to appear after the carrier receives your parcel.

Need to change a delivery address? Contact our customer care team as soon as possible with your order number. If your parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will update your delivery destination immediately.

Once a parcel has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, destination changes may need to be coordinated directly with the delivery carrier.

• Before Dispatch: Email info@pettato.com or submit a request on our Contact page with your Order Number and updated delivery address.
• After Dispatch: Check your dispatch confirmation email for the assigned courier service and AWB tracking number to request carrier redirection where supported.
• Delivery Support: If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or at an incorrect address, contact support within 48 hours to initiate an immediate replacement.
